2nd George Christoforou BMW E30 – Cyprus
3rd Chantzaras Christos BMW E36 – Greece
4th Paul Vlasblom BMW E36 Touring – Holland

Heraklion Port, Crete – Oct 14, 2012 – Drift Allstars continued the European tour with the first leg of the Exhibition event Greece GP in the port of Heraklion, Crete. Nigel Colfer wins his second event this season “Its been a tough year and coming to a new country like Greece and winning in front of such amazing crowd was awesome. The local drivers were crazy and hopefully we can come back again soon, lets see what Athens brings!” said the Irish Nissan RP-S13 driver.

Heraklion Port hosted a packed venue. Fans were treated to clear blue skies weather and a videogame-esque enviroment with low flying planes overhead and ferries cruising past while some of Europes Top drivers tore up the port! Making it an action packed weekend! The level of competition was tough forcing multiple “One More Time” calls from the judges, which gave the fans more head to head action!

“It was great to have the event in this region, the fans where incredible and full of enthusiasm, the weather was immense, we hope to return here soon ” said Niall Gunn, president and founder of Drift Allstars Europe. “We want to give it up the Greek and Cyprus drivers for putting on an awesome show and to the fans for their full support.”

The battle for 3rd was between local Greek driver Chantzaras Christos and legendary former International champion Paul Vlasblom from Holland, like the finals these battles where so close the judges called “one more time” runs until finally Christos took his BMW M3 E36 to 3rd.

Drift Allstars Greece showcased exciting tandem action that had Nigel Colfer in the Marangoni Tire / / Alpinestars Nissan 1JZ S13 take his second victory tis season by beating out Cyprus driver George Christoforou in the BMW M3.Judges had to call numerous ‘One more times’ as the battles where so hard to call between the two drivers.
