After what some say has been the biggest ever year in Drift Allstars European series it all comes down to this! The title fight is closer then ever. Read more on what we covered yesterday

The Track

The Poznan Circuit Poland was built in 1975 and is Poland’s premier race circuit. It held its first drift event in 2005 and the Drift Allstars European Series concludes its 2013 season Finale at the Poznan Race Circuit in Poland. This circuit has graced some of the biggest drift events in europe and this weekend it will hold the biggest season closing event ever.

Pawel Trela – 2011 Polish Drift Champion gives us his view on the Track
Beginning at the start line, there is a 100m run up, a long almost 180 degrees hairpin, 3rd gear. When reaching turn 1 drift zone we are at full throttle, switch to 4th gear at 120 km/hr. We start with a small feint drift and into the scoring zone it begins, left turn, inside clipping point. Then a quick transition in the middle of track, going outside to the first clipping zone, full throttle, lots of smoke, lost of angle, great opportunity to attack the car in front. Next transition, very quick, to avoid the chicane, speed reaches 130km/h. Right little turn, starting to slow down, going outside for the zone and then inside for clip. Big, big angle, backwards sometimes. Finish with tonnes of smoke and a smile on your face…
